At Imperial Court, we prepare all food fresh to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared or delivered.
If you receive:
An incorrect order
Missing items
Food that is damaged during delivery
Food that does not meet our quality standards
please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
A replacement meal
Store credit
A full or partial refund
